But I prefer to see Collingwood paired with a crisp white color to enhance the beautiful gray color. You can use it as a trim color or as an accent color for the ceiling in a room painted white for contrast.

Due to the purple undertones, I avoid combining Collingwood with green-grey lacquer colors. It's not that Collingwood doesn't look good in green colors (IAmarfor example, combine collingwood with the bright organic green of houseplants).
The biggest problem is that the different shades of Collingwood and the green-gray colors are nice.worship tinonice grayThey end up canceling each other out, sucking the life out of other beautiful colors.

Since Collingwood is a neutral paint color, it works great with many other paint colors. But it is especially beautiful when combined with certain colors and design elements.

Yes, Collingwood looks wonderful with hardwood floors, warm bamboo furniture, and other natural wood tones. In my client's bedroom, Collingwood pairs beautifully with the almost reddish wood floors to completely transform this space.

Sometimes paint colors will work with a wide variety of whites, but Collingwood is a bit fussy in the fact that it really, really wants to be paired with a true white. Chantilly Lace and Oxford White are both true whites, but I do tend to recommend Oxford White more over Chantilly Lace.
